1966 Oldsmobile
Toronado - $3,500.00 Having found your way to this website, the following bits of information are probably already known by you. But just in case... The Toro was the first production front-wheel drive car in America - The Cord back in the 1930s was the actual first, but that car never reached full productions levels. Also, the Toronado had the longest development cycle in GM history - a seven year project known as XP-784. No other car, before or since, was on the design boards so long. That's one reason why the Toronado was a technology and styling tour-de-force. It was the Motor Trend "Car of the Year" in 1966. This particular car is in very good shape, it rides nice and is street legal. It has about 89,000 miles. Terms of trade: cash on pick-up. Contact: Kevin @ 315-853-8633 or pka@frontiernet.net
